As part of the community since 1962, the Englewood Area Board of REALTORS® represents a diverse group of individuals who work together with their neighbors, community groups, schools and elected officials to make the Englewood area a place you want to live, work and play. The Englewood Area Board of REALTORS® (EABOR), the “Voice for Real Estate” in the Englewood area, Cape Haze, and the barrier islands since 1962, represents over 800 REALTOR® and Affiliate Business Partner Members from all real estate specialties.
Professional Standards
REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
RPAC
Since 1969, the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) has promoted the election of pro-REALTOR® candidates across the United States. The purpose of RPAC is clear: REALTORS® raise and spend money to elect candidates who understand and support their interests.
